The Mentoring Program that Fred and the team at Visual Connections put us through for the last 6 months was a great success. In a GovCon IT world, where seemingly every piece of information can be Googled, or listened to on a Podcast, there is still some knowledge that can only be gained through experience and the physical/oral sharing of those experiences. This mentorship program is the best example of that I have had in my journey to grow my business.
— Emmanuel Iroanya, Managing Member of Theta
Giving back by sharing my knowledge and experience is what makes a successful business. Looking forward, I am planning along with my team the second Visual Connections’ Mentor Protégé Program to begin in September 2019.
— Frederick Deese, CEO

When people ask me what makes VC a great place to be, I think about our team, that I now consider my family.
