Grow your business through professional and personal development.

Visual Connections is seeking to invite up and coming small businesses to participate in our mentoring program. Our mentoring program provides useful knowledge around navigating the federal government from a federal contractor’s perspective. Frederick Deese, CEO of Visual Connections, would like to pay it forward to the small business community by helping to educate and foster a bright and promising small business with minimum annual revenue of $300K and maximum annual revenue of $2 million. The mentoring program will provide an opportunity for small businesses to receive developmental assistance in business and/or technical areas, and to receive assistance expanding their capabilities. The program focuses on disadvantaged categories including 8a, SDVOSB, Women-Owned, Alaskan Native, and Indian-Owned businesses It is designed to motivate, encourage, and foster a mutually beneficial relationship to a selected group of small businesses who meet eligibility requirements.

There are many incentives for small businesses to apply: no cost, opportunities to work with Senior Level executives across industries, and potential subcontracting opportunities with Visual Connections.   In addition, we’ll provide developmental assistance that includes management guidance related to financial, organizational, business management and planning, technical assistance, use of facilities and business development.
